What to do with a “stigmatized property”? 凶宅

Should you buy a house with tragic history like murder, suicide, haunting, terminal illness and the likes? House like this is called “stigmatized property“. Stigmatized property is usually difficult to rent out or sell. stigmatizedHouse

Houses with over 30+ years history inevitably had someone died inside and may even have some tragic events happened. Some countries or states have real estate disclosure law that requires property seller to disclose any unnatural deaths (murder and suicide) happened in the property.

TYPES OF DEATHS IN A PROPERTY AND POSSIBLE REMEDY

Natural death due to aging: This type of property is OK as long as doing a property cleansing like burning sages or inviting a priest of your own religion to bless and cleanse the property.

Death due to illness: You need to check the Feng Shui environment of this house (both interior and exterior) to see if it had causes the illness. If so, check if this negative Feng Shui can be corrected or overcome before purchasing the property. This is especially pertinent IF the illness is terminal.

Premature death due to cancer: “Premature death” means death before 60 years old. If previous resident had died of cancer prematurely, the chance of Feng Shui problem is pretty high. Check if it is correctable. If yes, you also need to have spiritual cleansing and releasing rituals done by priest of your preferred religion.

Death due to suicide: You need to check the Feng Shui environment of this house (both interior and exterior) to see if it had caused the suicide. If so, check if this negative Feng Shui can be corrected or overcome. If it is correctable, you also need to have spiritual cleansing and releasing rituals done by priest of your preferred religion.

Unnatural death outside property: if resident had died outside the property due to traffic accident, disaster or tragedy, you need to have spiritual cleansing and releasing rituals done by priest of your preferred religion. In addition, you need to set up an altar with the statue of a deity of your religion to guard and protect the house.

Death due to murder: You need to have spiritual cleansing and releasing rituals done by priest of your preferred religion. In addition, you need to set up an altar with the statue of a deity of your religion to guard and protect the house.

If you are an atheist or do not believe in ghost and spirits, the minimum you could do is to do an energy cleansing of whole house by burning sage or incense in every room of the house. Then open all the windows and doors in the house and let the old energy of the house driven out by blowing fans.

House with tragic history usually is too “yin” or cold energetically. Residents should keep an “always on” light (at least during evening) to increase “yang energy” or “warmth”,

Can you be a medical professional to save lives?

In Bazi, there is a star called “Celestial Doctor 天医星“. If one’s birth chart contains this star, one could run into following scenarios:

This person may become a medical doctor to cure and save people’s lives.
This person may involve in business or career that has connections or related to medicine.
Close relatives of this person may be in the medical or related professions.
This person could be an astrologer, Bazi reader, Feng Shui practitioner to help people.
If none of the above, this person is likely to have chronic illnesses with numerous contacts with doctors OR s/he likes to seek guidance from religious or metaphysics people.

A person with strong Celestial Doctor star which is also his favorable element (“yong-shen“, he has the potential to become a successful doctor, astrologer, Feng Shui master and the likes.

A medical doctor without Celestial Doctor star in his chart is likely an average doctor.

When 10-years-luck or annual luck brings in a Celestial Doctor star into one’s chart, s/he may have the opportunity to save or help people. Sometimes, s/he may not become a doctor or astrologer during this period to help/ save people. But s/he may save some stray animals and becomes the savior of these animals.

How do you determine if you have Celestial Doctor star in your chart? Your Celestial Doctor star is the previous branch of your birth month. For example, if your birth month is Mao (rabbit) and there is a Yin tiger in your chart, you have a Celestial Doctor star.

DATE-SELECTION AND CELESTIAL DOCTOR STAR

In terms of date-selection, if one uses the day with animal sign that represents one’s Celestial Doctor star for health related activities like surgery or healing, the results will be better. For example, if your birth month is Chen (dragon) and you choose a Mao (rabbit) day to see a doctor, you may get better healing effect.

This morning I watch a BBC news report “Coronavirus: How bad is the situation in Europe?”

At the beginning of the video, it shows a static photo of a city worker spraying disinfectant onto the street. Below is an unretouched screen capture:

Click the picture to enlarge it to see the details of the mist. Can you see the spray mist formed several ghost-like faces, especially the one in front of the white car? It looks like the ghost in “Scary Movie“.

The newsman does not specify the location of this photo other than it is taken in Europe. I guess it is either in France or Italy.

In case you cannot figure out the ghost faces, I have marked at 4 faces in the photo below. There are more than 4 ghost faces in the photo.

The red arrow points to the street number “25” location of the street. “2” is the sickness star and “5” is the 5-yellow disaster star in Chinese Feng Shui. “Yin” or dark energies are likely accumulated in area with 2-5 number combinations. We usually see police station, hospital or clinics with 25 or 52 street numbers.

Ordinary citizens other than policemen, doctors and military people should not live in street number 25 or 52 because their energies cannot overcome the “yin” energies there. Houses with these street numbers are more likely haunted.

Actually people with wu (horse) day-branch in their Bazi charts are in more danger than animal sign clashing Grand Duke. They are: Jia-wu, bing-wu, wu-wu, geng-wu, and ren-wu day pillars. Day-branch stands for spouse palace. This may mean marital problems (if married, spouse may leave or die) but also means getting married if single. Zi and wu are both peach-blossom elements, so the probability of affairs is pretty high. If it is not affair, traffic accidents are likely to happen.

In fact, any Bazi chart with Jia-wu, bing-wu, wu-wu, geng-wu, and ren-wu pillars in any pillar of their Bazi chart have some troubles in terms of the family members each pillar represents. To find if your chart has any one of these pillars, key in your birthday here:

People with Jia-wu and Bing-wu day-pillars in their Bazi charts better pray more because their day-pillar fanyin Grand Duke (clashing 2020 Grand Duke from stem to branch). This could mean major sickness, accident or disaster to the person or his/her spouse. Avoid taking risks/ major decisions, attending funeral, visiting the sick in hospitals and unnecessary travels for this year of rat (2/4/2020- 2/2/2021).

Similarly, people with mao or rabbit animal sign in any of their pillars (including luck pillars) need to be more careful because mao and zi form a penalty. It is one of the 3 penalties (yin-si-shen, xu-chou-wei and zi-mao). The worst one is at the day-branch because it affects the daymaster (DM) or his/her spouse. Zi-mao penalty may involve affairs resulting in losing wealth or lawsuit, accidents and legal problems.

If your chart already has wu, mao and you in the natal chart or with the luck pillars– be very careful this year because your annual luck brings the zi to form zi-wu-mao-you 4-cardinal clash. It is like 4 forty-feet container trucks hitting you from four directions. Consult your Bazi reader or take these courses:

1. Putting flowers in NW sector of house: NW is Qian palace in Feng Shui and stands for husband. Flowers can represent females.

Water fountain can be hazardous to your health, life, pocket book, relationship and more. Why? Keep reading.

One major attraction of Feng Shui is “wang cai” or wealth enhancement. The common practice is to put moving object like a water fountain in the annual wealth star 8-white earth location to enhance wealth luck. For 2018, this location was in a house’s southeast sector, the center for 2019 and northwest for 2020.

In other words, the wealth star moves or changes location every year, so you have to move the fountain to get the wealth energy. The original location will be replaced by other stars which could be potentially negative like the 5-yellow disaster or 2-black earth sickness star.

Imagine someone with a “5-minute enthusiasm” in Feng Shui and forgets about moving the fountain and/ or Feng Shui– sooner or later, usually within 2- 3 years, a negative star will sit in the water fountain location. Constant water movement may activate the negativity of that current star. For example, 5-yellow disaster star may bring bad wealth luck if one is “lucky” or major illness, accident or even death if unlucky.

For example, if someone had put a water fountain in his southeast sector to enhance wealth in 2018 and then forgot about the fountain, from the annual star tables above, you can see the 7-robbery star occupies that location in 2019, the most inauspicious 5-yellow disaster star will sit in that location in 2021 and 2-black sickness star in 2024. The water fountain movement may activate the viciousness of these negative stars. The table below is taken from my “Practical Door Feng Shui” for explaining the nature of 9 major stars in Feng Shui:

Remove your water fountain if you are no longer keen on Feng Shui or move it to the new 8-white earth star location once a year.. Leaving an unattended water fountain in a location is like “putting worms in your ass” (a Cantonese slang for self-inflicted injury. It is graphic, but I think you will likely remember it).

When life and things are great, people often think that the good life is “normal” and will last forever. But Life is like a roller-coaster with many ups and downs. What goes up will go down someday. badluck

Without bad luck, there would be no good luck to contrast. Sooner or later bad luck will catch up with anyone.

How do you know you are in a bad luck period? Beside getting a Bazi reading, check the following list to see if you are in bad luck now:

Poor sleep or insomnia; nightmares or strange dreams
Eyelids tickling or ringing ears
Unstable emotion, easily irritated , throwing tantrums
Minor illness, pimples or swellings grow on face
Confusing mind and thought, unable to quiet down to think
Poor interpersonal relationship with relatives, friends and coworkers
Running into obstacles when doing anything. Daily chores that are used to be a breeze are difficult to do well now.
Sudden breaking of everyday utensils, light bulbs, flooding, leaking pipes, machines or electronics.
Losing money and wealth without knowing the reason behind.
Minor traffic accidents or car damages/ scratches
Your home suddenly has many flies.

If you run into 3+ of the above, you are in bad luck now. But today is your lucky day. You can follow the simple Feng Shui fixes below to alleviate or reduce the effect of your bad luck:

Do a major cleaning of your house.
Switch to a different bedroom to sleep
Change the head-pointing direction of your bed or move your bed location
Donate or throw away old or damaged objects like clothing, furniture and etc.
Re-arrange your furniture
Rearrange your closet and remove/demote rarely used old clothing and shoes.
Adjusting your sitting position at home and office (change the facing direction, make sure there is a wall at the back of your chair) or simply change the sitting location.
Remove any Feng Shui fountain if it has been in the same location for over a year.
Take a short out-of-town vacation or day trip to change your energy fields
Invite friends to your home for partying, to warm up the energy of your house.
Go to a temple or church to pray
Do some volunteering work helping people or animals
Donate money to charity
Feed homeless cats or dogs
Avoid going to cemetery, funeral and hospital.

If the above fixes do not fix your bad luck, you may have some serious problems. You need to consult a Bazi reader and/or Feng Shui practitioner to design more personalized remedies.
